- Install our state of the art data collection software on your network to gather accurate print data. This software remotely collects total monochrome and color print counts, page coverage ratio, supply usage, and critical service errors.
- Engage meetings with the stakeholders to determine your Objectives, as well as gain an understanding of Stakeholders’ responsibilities and practices.
- Gather data and information relevant to the cost to put print on page.
- Perform Onsite Location Inspections.
