Q. What does O.E.M. Stand for?
A: O.E.M. stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Example: Canon, Epson, HP, etc.
Q. What is the difference between Ultra Laser Imaging Supplies (ULIS) compatible products and those offered by the O.E.M.'s?
A: Typically, the price. ULIS compatible imaging supplies are manufactured under strict tolerances to meet the O.E.M. specification. Many of our products deliver even higher yields than the O.E.M.'s. Additionally, our low failure rate on many cartridges is well below the published rates of the largest O.E.M.
Q. Can I get the specifications of the cartridges that I am buying?
A: Yes. Specifications are listed in our price list. If you need a more detailed explanation of the specs, please contact us and we will be more than happy to provide you with them.
Q. Will a ULIS compatible product void my printer warranty?
A: Absolutely NOT! Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, a printer manufacturer may not void a warranty on one of their printers simply because that printer's owner used a ULIS compatible imaging product. All threats, verbal or written, to void a warranty based upon the use of a ULIS compatible imaging product, should be submitted to Ultra Laser Imaging Supplies, Inc. (see United States Code annotated, Title 15 Commerce and Trade, Chapter 50 Consumer Product, Product Warranties 15 Section 2302)
Q. How do you ship your products?
A: We utilize multiple modes of delivery including DHL, Fed Ex, and UPS shipping from our 17 strategically located national distribution centers. Our goal is to accurately get you the products you need on time.
Q. Are shipping charges included in your price?
A: YES.
Q. Do you deliver Nationwide?
A: Yes, we currently deliver to any point in the US and in most cases the following day. We also have the capability to ship anywhere in the world.
Q. How do I locate the correct supply for my printer?

Q. Do you guarantee that the product that I buy will be compatible with the equipment that I chose?
A: Yes, our products are 100% compatible to the O.E.M. Supply. Please contact your sales representative to ensure that your supply has been cross referenced properly.
Q. What type of warranty does ULIS offer?
A: ULIS offers a full, one year replacement warranty. If a customer is dissatisfied for any reason ULIS will replace that product or credit your account once it has been returned.
Q. If I think I have a problem with a ULIS compatible cartridge, what should I do?

Q. How do I return products that are unused for credit?
A: Again, simply call and speak with customer service at 888.288.5593 or email info@ultralaserimaging.com.
Q. How long does it take for me to receive credit/replacement?
A: : In the event of a defective cartridge ULIS will send out a replacement cartridge immediately, in most cases the same day. If a credit is requested instead of a replacement, the credit will be applied to the account or the payment refunded once the cartridge has been returned, evaluated, and found to be defective.
